Secrets of the Stone Tablets is a historically accurate documentary with profound new theories about the Peralta Stone Tablets, Montezuma’s Treasure, the Aztecs, and the early Spanish explorers.
The film tells the closely held story of the Dillman family of California, of Raymond Dillman, who cracked the code, of his sons John and Paul, who carried it into the field, and of their extraordinary 1982 archaeological discovery at a remote site in the Utah desert. Until now, the site was unknown to history. What they found there changed everything: treasure, artifacts, human remains, a sacrificial altar, pictographs, petroglyphs, and another stone tablet.
This isn't just a treasure hunt. It's a family legacy, a spiritual investigation, and a serious case for rewriting one of history's most consequential moments.

Dan Dillman is a third-generation treasure hunter, investigator of the unexplained, mystic, ancient mysteries theorist, author, and filmmaker. He has starred on History Channel’s Lost Gold of the Aztecs and appeared on Ancient Aliens, Beyond Oak Island, and The Proof Is Out There.
